Bob believes that Malkav and Arikel, the Toreador founder, were twins. Arikel was a Great Seer and clairvoyant. was commanded by Caine to create a mural showing him the future of Cainites. Arikels vision was so bleak and terrible it enraged Caine, who cursed Arikel to be distracted by that which she saw as beautiful (the Toreador Clan curse).
Malkav also saw the mural and was overtaken by the Truth. Malkav was enraged when Caine cursed Arikel, and Malkav vowed to take on the mantle of Seer from the crippled Arikel and clan Toreador, to understand whether Arikel’s vision was what WILL happen or what MAY happen to The visions and uncertainty drove Malkav to madness, and his Curse was passed to his childer.
Seeing the madness overtake Malkav, Arikel founder the Path of Humanity, to guard Malkav and Cainites against the Beast. Arikel subverted Cain’s curse by using art to speak truth to power, and worked in tandem with her shattered twin Malkav guide Cainites to a better future. They passed their gifts and curses to their Clans so that the Great Work would continue, even after the antediluvians had faded to half-forgotten myths.
Bob is an inheritor of the Great Work, as are all Malkavians and Toreadors. Bob is also a Seer, a true clairvoyant who knows - has ALWAYS known - that Camarilla and its insistence on that the Antediluvians are a myth was the greatest existential threat to Kindred to arise from within. She’s been vocally, passionately in opposition to the Camarilla since its founding, and though it’s taken nearly two centuries, now all the world can see that she was right. The Beckoning is the physical manifestation of the combined belief of the Kindred who have bought into the “Antediluvians as myth” ideology.
The Sabbat has gone and now news sects rise in opposition to the Camarilla - it is time for the Ivory Tower to fall and for all Malkavians to join together in examining the future. Is it too late to save themselves and their brothers? Has Arikel’s Terrible Vision finally come to pass? Or has it already come to pass and now the future is fully unknown? Bob knows that her nights are limited and that the future belongs to the thin blood, but she can’t leave until she makes her clan understand that they are strongest together, that their destiny belongs only to themselves. Can she do that before she, too, is disbelieved out of existence?

312: Vampiric society in Constantinople rises and thrives Bob is Embraced; through out the next 1000 or so years travels around the world as its known then, always returning to Constantinople eventually. Establishes her reputation among her clan as a Seer and historian. (Whether that reputation is good, bad, or indifferent - your PC should decide!)
1022: House Tremere becomes Clan Tremere [Tremere] Bob is fascinated by Clan Tremere’s hijacking of the curse; thus begins a life long interest in the clan. Whether this is related to her clairvoyance or her own eccentricity has never been made clear.
1204: The golden age of vampiric Constantinople comes to an end [Toreador] Bob leaves Constantinople for good and begins spreading warnings of an impending darkness - the Long Shadow of an Ivory Tower
1346: The Black Death ravages Europe, leaving a blood drought in its wake. Hundreds of Kindred fall to the mortal Inquisition and other Hunters, the Plague, and through use as cannon fodder by their elders. Malkavians, as a whole, stop using Dementation [Malkavian]
1391: The Anarch Revolt begins [Anarch / Sabbat] Bob protects herself and others against the diablerist Anarchs. Lots of rooms for ties.
1435: The Camarilla coterie expands its control and influence [Camarilla] 1486: The Camarilla as a Sect is formed, with Hardestadt at its helm [Camarilla] Clans Brujah, Gangrel, Malkavian, Nosferatu, Toreador, and Ventrue join Bob begins to understand her visions and fights against Malkavians and Toreadors joining the Camarilla. This is when she first really appears on the scene as a public figure. She was too busy with visions and lore to play the apporpriate politics, though, so her words fall on deaf ears. At 1,100 years old she has enough crediability to gain an audience, but not enough influence to alter the future. She merely watches it coming like a tsuamni, knowing it will eventually drown all in darkness and blood.

1504: A secret Grand Conclave convenes outside Vienna [Camarilla] The Founders Justicariate form the Inner Circle and appoint seven new Justicars Bob foresaw this and does the I Told You So Dance, and says this is the beginning of the end
1563: The Sabbat makes a general blitz across all of Europe Bob fights against the Sabbat, who she hates more than the Camarilla. Spends a lot of time and energy staring into the future and studying the past, and reducing / protecting artifacts and history from the Sabbat.
1700s: The Age of Enlightenment Bob decides the Colonies are The Place To Be and moves to North America. She claims Gloucester in the Massachusetts Bay Colony for herself.
1889: Toreador Justicar Gunther dies, replaced by Madame Guil [Camarilla] Bob has more visions.
The Week of Nightmares: July 2 - 8, 1999CE In Bangladesh, a being believed to be the Ravnos Antediluvian awakens. The comet colloquially called the Red Star appears in the sky.
Bob goes to Bangladesh to help fight Ravnos. For a Seer, she is remarkably chill and un-prohpetic. She seems annoyed that the obsession with Gehenna is a distraction from the worse that it yet to come.
2009: The Malkavian Clan feels what they call the Jolt [Malkavian]
Thaumaturges and Necromancers gather a variety of Kindred with unique abilities and attempt a ritual to stop Gehenna (“The Ritual to Save the World”) When the Red Star fades not long after, some believe it may have even worked. Bob knows it didn't,
2010: The Mortal Inquisition grows into the Second Inquisition Malkavians begin to refer to something called The Quiet, and rumors that the clan can no longer sense the Network start to surface [Malkavian]
Bob gets dangerously unhappy and prophetic
2011: October 31 - November 1, 2011: The Beckoning - The vampires of the world realize that an overwhelming number of Elders are missing, with no traces or explanation - the most ancient, powerful vampires in existence seem to have thoroughly vanished... The sects begin to try and get an accounting of who is gone without alerting rivals
Bob says screw secrecy because she's been telling everyone the worst is yet to come AND NOW IT'S HERE. She begins to crusade in earnest (again) for her Clan to leave the Camarilla.
2012: Reports from both the Camarilla and Sabbat begin to dismiss the effect that the Beckoning has had on leadership, but many believe this may be propaganda and lies as leadership changes and upheaval continues... Juliet Parr replaces Bolivar as Malkavian Justicar [Camarilla / Malkavian]

2017: The Malkavian Network slowly comes back to life, but is imperfect [Malkavian]
Bob seems to calm down, but is devastated that some of her Clan remain cut off.
2019: Conclave of Paris (France): Clan Malkavian’s campaign for a new Pillar Clan appears to have been a prank, and many Kindred are left wondering if “kiasyd” are even real

Since the Camarilla was merely a coterie, Bob has fought against it and predicted that it would be a great source of tragedy and the downfall of many Cainites. She tried to keep Clan Malkavian out of it, unsuccessfully. And now her prediction has come to pass. The combined might of the mass disbelief in the Antediluvians that the Camarilla ideology has propagated has created The Beckoning. Bob strives to help her clan before she, too, is lost
Bob predicted the rise and fall of the Sabbat. Without the Camarilla there would have been no Sabbat, and no centuries of conflict and corruption that led to countless lost Cainite lives and the rise of the Second Inquisition. The Sabbat began with the purpose of preparing to fight the Antediluvians at their eventual return, but quickly fell to twisted idolatry and personal power trips that created the Sabbat as we know it. She respects those Sabbat who went to Bangladesh and wishes to help those whose misplaced faith in their sect has been shattered. It's not to late to prepare for the future.

- In 2013, Don Ariel succeeded in confiscating Bob's wealth. He had her haven in her own domain (Gloucester) foreclosed on and then bought it with her own money. He was and is very public about this, seeing Bob as functionally Sabbat despite her well known status as Unaligned. For her part, Bob has been largely silent on the matter, though if his name comes up in her hearing it's often followed by "that thieving, motherfucking Ventrue."
- Sevinch and Bob were married centuries ago, but split up due to differences in ideals. They appear amiable now, but like an old married couple, they know how to get on each others' nerves.
