Hedwig is a tall, fair-skinned woman of Polish ancestry with red hair and green eyes. Her face is usually obscured by a mask, but beneath she is extremely lovely, despite being obviously inhuman. Hedwig can usually be seen sporting a Hussar jacket- modified into a modern style when she wants to blend in, or a more traditional military look for formal occasions. Her hair is usually up in a knot of varying elaborateness, but when down the length easily reaches her thighs.
- 975- Hedwig is born to House Piast in Silesia (modern day Poland)
- 1000- Embraced by the Original Medusa, childe of Lamia. Meets and trains with her broodmate Freya, and Freya's lover, V
- 1046- sent to the Temple of Erciyes to train under her grandsire, Lamia
- 1105- Sent out to act as a bodyguard and soldier for the Cappadocians. Meets Kamil Kalogeras
- 1123- Embraces her first child, Aurelia
- 1240- Embraces her second childe, Benjamin Assi Caesarea
- 1250- Embraces her third and 4th children, the twins, Sevinch and Jiajak.
- 1346- After surviving the Feast of Folly, but losing Jiajak, Hedwig sends her surviving children to Erciyes.
- 1431- Embraces Teuta. Immediately sends her to Erciyes.
- 1444- The Betrayal. Aurelia and Freya die. Hedwig is separated from her remaining children.
- 1450- Meets the Salubri Hawk and the Gargoyle Cephas and forms a Coterie seeking mutual vengeance on those tat had wronged them.
- 1590- After nearly being lost to the Beast, Hedwig starts pursuing the Path of Lilith one more, and vows to survive long enough to see her childer safe and secure.
- 1640- the Putanesca family is mass-embraced into Clan Giovanni
- Hedwig uses this embrace to slide into the clan unnoticed. She takes a role as a Mook, protecting her once enemies.
- She attends multiple events in this capacity, both for members of Clan Giovanni, and other elders who pay the Family for protection
- 1697- Hedwig travels to the New World
- A botched body guard job in Venice causes her disgrace. She is sent to the New World as Punishment
- She spends the next two centuries traveling from city to city, helping establish and protect new Giovanni holdings until they are firmly established
- 1897‐ Hedwig meets Molto Giovanni di Espiare in Iowa
- While traveling between domains, she runs into Molto Giovanni, newly embraced and having gotten himself lost.
- Hedwig takes Molto into her care until she can find his family.
- 1908- Hedwig and Molto settle in Des Moines and establish Giovanni holdings in the Tower-controlled city
- She meets the Malkavian House Xenos at this time
- 1925- Hedwig and Molto go to a Family Dinner for the di Espiare line
- Molto introduces Hedwig as his wife. She is approved by the family matriarch and introduced to the rest of the family.
- Hedwig meets Gabriella Giovanni di Espiare for the first time
- 2009- The formation of the IA
- 2011‐ Hedwig vocally supports the Lamia joining the IA
- 2015‐ Hedwig and Molto escape the attack on Venice
