Dr. Evelyn Mitchell seems to be physically about 30 years old, with dark hair and an often-awkward smile. She's seen wearing either comfortable-looking street clothes such as sweaters and jeans or slacks, or (in more formal settings) a well-fitted suit or tuxedo. In areas with many crowded Kindred she tends to look just a little nervous, and this is amplified dramatically whenever anyone who is on a Path of Enlightenment is nearby.
Evelyn is known as one of the few remaining main-clan Tzimisce operating openly. She is relatively free with the display of her skills of Vicissitude, under the conditions that she never makes alterations without the express consent of the person being altered, and she absolutely refuses to make changes that would threaten the Masquerade.
Evelyn has known ties to multiple lineages of different clans, which appears to be one of the reasons that she has remained safe from those looking to make an example of her Clan. She has recently admitted to her blood lineage as a descendant of Sasha Vykos, and has been acknowledged as a member of this family by Parallax Vykos publicly.
- Evelyn's pleasant demeanor and aggressive ethical standard are just a cover to allow her to operate in 'polite society'. She's keeping a basement somewhere of her more vicious and disturbed experiments.
- Evelyn is very interested in joining one of the Sects, but refuses to give up her Clan identity to do so and is frustrated that no Sect will accept her as-is.
- Evelyn has facilitated infiltrations into multiple Sects, and knowing who's really who is the reason such a young neonate has support from so many powerful Kindred.
- She's actually much older than she claims, just reinventing her self every few decades or so and building a new identity for herself.
