A lithe, white-haired feminine figure. Its skin writhes and gnashes with many mouths full of razorsharp teeth.
- 1442: First appearance, in Romania, and continued to fight in the Anarch revolt throughout the decade.
- 1443: Dragos, a Capathian Tzimisce, encounters the Forest in his domain.
- 1444: Spotted by Teuta of the Lamia and Kamil Kalogeras of Clan Cappadocian on a battlefield in Albania. It extracted teeth from wounded soldiers before attacking.
- Mid-1400s: Seen traveling with Bob of Clan Malkavian
- 1493: Its most concrete sighting was at the Siege of Silchester, where it took many human and kindred lives whiles exclaiming "devour them" from its many mouths.
- 1500s-1800s: Gains its fearsome reputation, becoming a scourge of kindred and mortal in Europe.
- 1523: The ministry elder, Melissa Anaktoria, encounters the creature in the woods outside Paris. Apparently they spoke to each other, one of the few peaceful encounters with the creature.
- 1800: First sighting in the Americas, in the Caribbean, having attacked the "Kingslayers" kindred pirate crew, including Teuta and Fiadh of House Caesarea
- 1850s: Sighting in a mortal guise in the Cimitero Monumentale in Milan, again by Teuta of House Caesarea
- 1860s: The Forest becomes wrapped up in the battles of the second Sabbat Civil war, fighting on the side of Clan Tzimisce. It's loyalty was fickle though, and would leave on a whim or attack when people on its side would displease it. It was also hunted and fought by Zeke Wylde, as well as Mace but wasn't slain.
- 1877: Encountered in a pirate settlement in Algeria, once more my Teuta and Gabriella
- 1885: The Forest is reported to be in Poland by Zalman-Rose Melamed
- 1900: It's spotted claiming the Romanian village of Nasaud for its own, likely only recently returned.
- 1905: It stops being sighted for some time.
- 1903: Encountered by Gabriella di Espiare and her crew in the Caribbean
- 2010 onward: It has slowly started to show itself in the Americas again, particularly in the forests of the Southwest United States.
- 2011: It attacked Evaline Mae Jackson at the St. Louis Zoo, but was fought off by Zeke Wylde
- 2020: Jahangir Al-Tanin Begins to investigate and hunt this kindred, when he is close to finding it prestation is called in for him to stop for 1000 and one night. Also, he is asked to meet and understand it, before passing judgment. Reluctantly, he agrees.
A terrifying Tzimisce from the old world, the Forest of Teeth has spent its existence appearing from the darkness of both Europe and the Americas to devour those who grow careless. It is also known to seek out and steal the teeth of many creatures and add them to its own mouths. It used to be seen amongst the ranks of the Sabbat, including the founding of the Sect, but now acts on its own. After centuries of bloodshed, it's unclear just how much that is attributed to it is true. It's basically a bogeyman and cryptid for vampires.
- It can be found deep in the woods at night. It doesn't matter which forest, only that it is dark and deep.
- It can turn itself into fog and travel across seas that way
- It hunts kindred who abuse their childer (or vice versa)
- It's diablerizing all it can to become an antediluvian
- There are actually several of them, working to appear as only one entity for nefarious purpose.
- It returned to Romania some time ago, all the recent sightings are rumors and false attributions.
- Rumored by some to be infernal.
- This page states neonate, but its actual generation is unknown, given that it has diablerized many.
