Rayne Valarian learned of a new Technique called Press Ganged Coven. She had a crisis of humanity or ruthless genius when created the coven of Valaria. She had to figure out how to leverage devotion but not break the rules of silence. She decided to be the Goddess Valaria who would grace her coven and display supernatural acts to increase Devotion. Her coven’s members consist of abused woman and Goddess Valaria alters the minds of the abusers so they never abuse again. The members wear white cloaks. The coven symbol is a Diamond. The top triangle is white to represent being cleansed. The bottom triangle is black to represent the foundation of sins.
Rayne Valarian was blessed with luck when she vouched for Mr. Church. He was sentenced to destruction by the Camarilla Prince of Detroit for the crimes of being a Caitiff. Rayne brokered a deal providing the Prince with a Major boon but gaining a life boon from Mr. Church. He has proven to be a great asset over the many years of undeath.
Rayne Valarian learned from an early age that she needs allies or mutual business associates. She found a Mutual Business Associate in the GioVanni Victoria La Rue. Over the years their mutual trust has grown and they have always helped when called *always for a price to be determined at the earliest convenience*.
Rayne always knew that she wanted more knowledge and power. When she was mortal she learned of a Cult displaying supernatural abilities. She found this cult and joined. When the opportunity presented itself she was able to blackmail the cult leader to embrace her.
When dealing with Mortal Society she is a Professor at the Arkansas State University, Dr. Bling.
