A lithe, white-haired feminine figure. Its skin writhes and gnashes with many mouths full of razorsharp teeth.
- 1442: First appearance, in Romania, and continued to fight in the Anarch revolt throughout the decade.
- 1444: Spotted by Teuta of the Lamia and Kamil of Clan Cappadocian on a battlefield in Albania. It extracted teeth from wounded soldiers before attacking.

A terrifying Tzimisce from the old world, the Forest of Teeth has spent its existence appearing from the darkness of both Europe and the Americas to devour those who grow careless. It used to be seen amongst the ranks of the Sabbat, including the founding of the Sect, but now acts on its own. After centuries of bloodshed, it's unclear just how much that is attributed to it is true. It's basically a bogeyman and cryptid for vampires.
- It can be found deep in the woods at night. It doesn't matter which forest, only that it is dark and deep.
- It can control mist and fog
- It hunts kindred who abuse their childer (or vice versa)
- It's diablerizing all it can to become an antediluvian
- There are actually several of them, working to appear as only one entity for nefarious purpose.
- It returned to Romania some time ago, all the recent sightings are rumors and false attributions
- Rumored by some to be infernal
