Some favorites from the menu: Double Mana Burger -- 2 all beef patties with cheddar cheese slices melted on top, with your choice of toppings, and Mama's sauce served with a side of steak fries, a vegetable, and a soda drink. All Beef Footlong Hot Dog -- a 1//4 pound footlong hot dog topped with your choice of toppings served with a side of either steak fries or potato chips.

Open in a suburb of Allentown 1939 by Rita Mana and her husband Manny. Rita had gone grey at a young age and her hair was a pretty white toned grey which earned the restaurant the name The White Mana

As the decades continued, several generations worked in the restaurant until 2009 when the last owners were too old to continue and had to shutter the diner for good as they retired.

In 2020 Carlene came to Harmony Island and began an intense course to become a chef. She began to put money aside to nest egg this place when she had been in high school and worked to find a place and then use that money to remodel and update the building, and then put in all new environmental equipment.

The grand opening was the weekend of Halloween 2021. It's been a success and she is happy that the customers and employees are happy.

Her crew of 8 are a well oiled machine and follow her recipes to create the mouth-watering food that is on the menu.
