Known to changeling society as "Ky," this shadow court sluagh has blue eyes and frosted black hair, and the general expression of someone who is in chronic pain and determined not to let it stop him.

Always fascinated by fear and death, and possessing a contrary streak only surpassed by his sense of curiosity, the Unseelie court seemed the natural place for this bogeyman. Quiet. Practical. Frugal. He was drawn to the Shadow Court as Winter loomed, and no one else seemed to be preparing.
During the war against the Fomorians, when all seemed almost lost, Trent revealed himself as Shadow court when he started using the forbidden art in battle to help to turn the tide. He sacrificed his secret in order to save fellow changelings, and came extremely close to sacrificing his life as well, left damaged and physically compromised from the injuries he sustained, from which he will never fully recover.
He has gone by Ky ever since.
