Description

Devlin typically appears as a middle-aged man of average height and above average girth, with long graying brown hair and a full beard. He tends to dress in mostly black, typically a bowler hat, long leather duster, leather vest, collarless shirt, black jeans and harness boots. For dressier occasions, he'll trade out the leather vest for brocade waistcoats in various colors. Due to his skills with Protean, he can also sometimes be seen in the form of a raven or an Irish wolfhound.

Timeline

Born in Ireland sometime in the 1830s.
Immigrates to America in 1840s due to the Potato Famine.
Becomes a reporter for the Pittsburgh Gazette in 1850s.
War correspondent during the Civil War.
Embraced into Mastiff lineage in 1860s.
Known to be a medium and active in occult and spiritualist circles.
Becomes Sheriff of Pittsburgh in 1921.
Killed by hunters in June of 2021.

Bio

Devlin was an established Camarilla Ancilla who was a skilled investigator and troubleshooter. He was known to communicate with the restless dead and was a recognized expert on a variety of supernatural entities. He was a member of the Mastiffs lineage of Nosferatu, known for their dogged defense of the Camarilla.
