Description

(St.) Stephen is a thirty something looking man of mixed europian ancestry. He stands tall at 6'5. Usually he's walking around in a pair of jeans and a tie-dye. Stephen is almost always humming a tune or singing under his breath. It's when he stops singing that things turn dark and ugly. Generally he has a smile on his face and a happy inviting attitude. He's more then willing to start up a conversation with anyone.

Timeline

1938 Born new haven child of Yale professors
1938-1950- normal life of a son of university parents. He traveled with his parents as they chased jobs and degrees. Casey managed to get an Music history degree himself in the process.
1950-1952- Casey had deferred his enlistment as long as he could. He went and served in the Korean war. He spent most of his time as a radio operator. The fighting broke him. The only thing that kept him semi sane was being able to tune into the radio broadcasts of the time. Sadly there wasn’t really a Tokyo Rose like in WWII but only a Seoul City Sue, who never played music. But he was stationed near enough cities to tune into other music stations
1953-1958 traveled around Europe looking for various new sounds and teaching Music history.
1958- Returns to America and starts following Elvis around the country. Taking odd jobs to teach music while he traveled.
1961-1969 With the rise of the conflict in Vietnam starting up his interested shifted from feel good jazz and blues to more rock and folk. Singers such as Arlo guthrie, the grateful dead, Bob Dylan and Joni mitchell.
1965-1966- went to Ken Kesey’s electric kool-aid acid tests. Saw a lot of the early dead in the california area.
1969-Went to woodstock. Got massively fucked up. Ended up being embraced by Sabbat kindred who were equally trashed out of their minds. Casey’s Embrace left him reeling.
1969-1970-Wondered and learned what he was and who he was.
1971- Joined the Anarch movement and joined the anarch railroad.
1971-1995 Traveled the country and world with the dead for the railroad. What prince could keep track of all the people that came in for a couple of days for the shows. Who would notice if one or 2 extra people left when the band did. It was an easy cover to move around the country and saving those kindred who wanted to escape Camarilla or sometimes even Sabbat control.
1995-2000 Jerry’s death hit Casey pretty hard. He went a little crazy… he ended up in new orleans and went into torpor.
2000-It was the dulcet tone of Alexis De La Rue that brought Casey out of Torpor. That new music, that sound, Casey had to hear it. He awoke and spent the next month every night at every performance.
2001-2006 Stephen (as he now goes by) spends much of his time defending the anarchs from hunters.
2009-2010 Spends most of the year back in CT singing in every venue that he can. The music won’t stop in his head, and this is the only way it will quiet down.
2011-2017 The music stops in his head. Stephen deals almost exclusively with mortals trying to find a new muse.
2018-forward moved back to New Haven. Still traveled from time to time to visit friends and see a show/concert.
