Wilhelm is a sharp minded bird. His passion in languages led him to seek out human based education where he became a linguist, allowing him to understand more of those around him so that he could snag any juicy gossip people would attempt to hide from him. As a Ragabash, he pulls at strings of his enemies to annoy them.

- Hermetic Order of the Swift Light - January 25, 1997; Joined the Hermetic Order of the Swift Light as the camp felt closest to his own goals.
- Cliath to Fostern - June 15, 2008
- Call to Arms - 2011; Montana; Met Time and Patience (later Deeded Out for Smokes) during a call to arms at a minor Caern in Montana. The Dark Brigade was marching on the Caern and Eyes in the Sky was part of the scouting group. Time and Patience helped rally the war forces in the assault. While they did not become friends, the Red Talon held back most of his insults after Eyes in the Sky report about a force set to flank the Sept proved to be vital to saving the lives of several warriors that day.
