Description
Devlin typically appears as a middle-aged man of average height and above average girth, with long graying brown hair and a full beard. He tends to dress in mostly black, typically a bowler hat, long leather duster, leather vest, collarless shirt, black jeans and harness boots. For dressier occasions, he'll trade out the leather vest for brocade waistcoats in various colors.

Devlin is an established Camarilla Ancilla who is a skilled investigator and troubleshooter. He is a member of the Mastiffs lineage of Nosferatu, known for their dogged defense of the Camarilla.
