Vince typically wears non descript, and loose clothing. old surplus military clothes, hoodies, jeans. Anything easily found and replaced. He's been rarely seen wearing anything more expensive, but he will wear anything when attempting an operation, or to pose as a different persona. no modern photos, or video footage of him exist or those that have, usually were corrupted, or damaged in some way that it is not reliable.

2018: Moves to Florida and joins the anarch movement
Vince was a DEA agent along the border who was targeted by the Sabbat and kidnapped. He was later embraced as a worker for a chaplain pack. He followed their mission to use the black market and drug cartel's influence to funnel money and gear for the cause. Vince went along until he'd found out they'd expanded into human trafficking, and were selling children.
Despite his pas sins, it was too much for his mind to bear and he snapped. During an operation, he went rogue. He sabotaged the operation, getting several members of the Sabbat pack killed, and ran off. Several people were sent after him, and they also were killed.
He spent 9 years dismantling their trafficking and drug network, and then selling it off to the highest bidder in exchange for residual incomes, and the promise that they would not sell people. He's hunted down his old pack, along with his sire.
The remnant of the pack, moved back into Mexico to regroup, where he stalked them. His attempt to finish the pack off failed however, and he fled back into the US. He relocated to Florida a known area for trafficking. Hoping to continue dismantling trafficking rings held by the Sabbat. However he ran into the local Anarchs and decided he'd need allies to help him against such a powerful organization.
Since 2018 He's been with the Anarch movement and joined the Presidium gang.
There are more things between heaven and earth than we know.
