Bio
One of the few Anarch members left in this city, though you get a sense she is newer to this city even though she may know it like the back of her hand. She works with the local kindred but keeps to herself aside from that. While she is not an authority figure, she can be a good point of contact for any Anarch members and is connected to The Big Three. She is not commonly seen around a lot except for important events and registers to anyone who has the ability to check as mortal.
