Scarred from a long ago battle that the new aged Viking seems oddly unwilling to speak much of, Rune has done a good job of assimilating his attire to the modern parlance for someone with over a Century under his belt. Appearances aside, he has a long, known history of terrorizing the seas he's sailed through his long unlife, with the occasional foray into transportation for profit and boons. Those few who have gotten to know him find a surprising amount of scholarly interests buried behind the outward violence of his purported nature.
- July, 1789 - Rune is Born during the Storofsen Floods
- 1819 - Rune is Embraced by Theodore DeMarcus
- 1821 - Rune is released from his accounting and spends the next Century terrorizing shipping lanes in seas around Northern Europe as an unaligned Kindred
- 1924 - Rune embraces his first Childe, Ikarius, in Spain
- 1926 - Rune leaves Spain to travel to the West Coast of the US. He spends the rest of the century sailing the world. He is most often seen along the US West Coast, in the Caribbean, and the waters around Northern Europe.

- January, 2021 - Rune once again resurfaces in San Diego, California
A native of Norway, Rune spent his early adult life in service to his country until the end of the Napoleonic Wars. The former soldier returned home to find his country indebted to the bordering nation of Sweden and turned to his countries roots to raid and pillage the bordering country for goods and rations to sustain his small town.
As his talent in the violent trades became apparent, Rune drew the attention of his eventual sire, Theodore DeMarcus - earning the embrace through years of service and sacrifice. Since his release from his accounting he has rarely left the sea for significant periods of time. The life at sea has taken him to several trades, even if most erred towards violence. He has been sought out by several passengers as his ships have an uncanny trend towards having fair winds and following seas.
After the embrace of his lone Childe in 1924, Rune expanded his travels to include the Pacific Ocean as well as the Atlantic, enjoying the freedom of his neutrality as an unaligned Kindred. A trend he continued until his disappearance from Kindred society in 2000.
