Rarity's name suits her, as you will never find a werewolf quite like this one. A mix of an eclectic hippy, activist, artist, and a hundred and thirty pounds of repressed rage... she is determined to try and make the world a better place *for everyone* 'even if it kills her', or so she says. Friendly and a little bit odd, she mixes herself with everyone from garou, fera, and kinfolk and believes that everybody has something to learn or teach. However, she has short patience for people that she feels are unkind or even disrespectful to others... but especially if it involves spirits. Much of the time she can be found creating art, playing in her garden with her beloved plants, or listening to music (or talking about it to anybody that WILL listen).

Rarity was born to a family of kinfolk. For much of her life, she had been raised thinking that Garou were mere legends and stories instead of actual beings even though she herself had already discovered that she had an affinity for the spiritual realm. However in 2012 when much of the kinfolk disappeared, including her mother, that world became a lot more real.
Despite this, Rarity was simply seen as another kinfolk whom was now kept much closer than pervious due to the nature of the world around them. However, while the nation kept her closer so did her father as well. A man that had lost his wife wasn't going to lose his daughter as well and as such, she was still kept fairly sheltered from Garou society despite now being in the 'know'.
This all changed, however, when Rarity was seventeen and experienced her first change. It was Valentine's Day at the end of the school day at her local high school and she had caught her boyfriend with someone else... she saw nothing but red. She woke up several hours later at the local Sept to be introduced to her new world.

Only half of the things that Rarity sees are even 'real' and it's been debated that she was actually related to the Silverfangs.
