Outwardly charming and refined at times, cold and direct at others. Lazaro prefers to make a deal and find a solution to a problem first before resorting to obvious conflict. He is recognized as a skilled negotiator for the Giovanni Clan, and Independent Alliance. He is a true believer in the Alliance and its potential and feels it will help bring about stability. Stability means more time for his studies. He is a skilled Necromancer.
Lazaro is devoted to his study of Necromancy above all things. While he was the first Prince of Altoona PA, he soon abdicated from his position as he felt it required too much of his attention and kept him from his Necromantic studies.
The disappearance of his Childe brought him back into public as he wished to know what happened and find the culprit.
Due to potential threats to the Alliance and Domain that could be coming in the near future, Lazaro along with the now former Prince, Luke Magnini, decided it was best for the more experienced and powerful Elder to take Praxis of the area again.
Abdicated Praxis after being elevated to the position of Consigliere for the Giovanni of the NE Region so as to not split his attention.
