Henry is an attractive man in his early 30s. A man of a certain privilege, he dresses with impeccable style and flair.

- Father passes away in 1915, which gives Henry a chance to live it up and party.

Henry Novak is the grandson of Albin Novak, a Polish Minister of Transportation who was exiled to the US in 1849. Being involved in transportation, Albin quickly got involved with the building of the Pennsylvania Railroad in Altoona, PA. Albin also served in the Civil War for the Union as a general. Henry's father Theodore was born in 1866 under the overbearing and strict Albin. Theodore took over his father's position as shareholder when Albin passed in 1889. A year later, Henry was born. Theodore was hard on the boy, but luckily his sickly mother taught him to be kinder than the family lineage would normally allow. Henry had a quick mind and a silver tongue, which helped him navigate the intense world his father brought him in to.
After Theodore passed in 1915, Henry found himself free to do whatever he pleased. He partied across the US and Europe, finally free of the pressure to study and take over the family business. However, the money ran out and he had to finally work again. Henry was invited to become a partner in the PA Railroad, but he wasn't very well liked. He believes that the conditions the railway workers endured was inhumane, but these libertarian ideas were quickly laughed out of board rooms.
Henry's care for the community and leadership skills didn't go unnoticed however, and he was embraced in 1922. He joined the Anarch movement shortly after, and claimed it as his permanent home.
