Description

Gary is a young Foundling Pisky with an MBA, a penchant for absent-mindedly “lifting” other people’s possessions, and the kind-hearted goodness to feel bad about it (but not bad enough to give them back). Born and raised in Seattle, Washington, Gary now lives and works on Harmony Island and prefers a not-necessarily-elegant lifestyle. • 1995—Gary is born to a loving family in Seattle. His birth is described as a miracle, with doctors previously believing he might not make it.
• 2016—Gary graduates from the University of Washington (Foster) with an MBA focusing on consulting and general management. He moves to Columbia Island to work as a community organizer at a prestigious international advocacy organization (non-profit).
• 9/30/2022—Gary experiences his chrysalis and physically shifts into the near-Dreaming for the first time. He convinces himself it’s just a lucid dream, as he’s dreamed of it before.
• 10/1/2022—Gary discovers it was in fact, most definitely, absolutely not a lucid dream and “wakes up” both terrified and confused.
