Form talk:Masquerade VSS Creation

I created a VSS Category called Scarlet Sin as a placeholder for our Domain (FL-001-D) until the actual VSS was finalized. Now I have created the finalized version, Bay of Shadows, and the original Scarlet Sin can be deleted. I realized after creating the new VSS category that I probably could have moved Scarlet Sin to Bay of Shadows instead, but I'm not certain that would have been the correct thing to do.
