While much smaller than the “Star City” of Roanoke, Salem has its own prime feeding grounds, as well as Roanoke College and other population centers. Note: While the Anarchs nominally control this territory, there is no Anarch Authority. Given the ravages of FIRSTLIGHT, even the Anarchs are willing to cooperate with other sects for the survival of the whole. They have lost their own members too, but they are determined to fight back.
