City Description: The elders have fled en masse, leaving control of the domain to the younger generations. The Sabbat has failed, the Anarchs are “free” and the Independent Alliance has risen. Mortals have taken a renewed and vigorous interest in the unknown. Hunters and supernatural enemies abound. Fear and paranoia have driven local vampires to consolidate power and drive out the unwanted. Cleveland is a dangerous place, with the only safe-haven being the Camarilla.
