Benny was a young, recently embraced Neonate, assumed to be part of Edgar Van Horn's lineage.
A collector of literature, Benny could often be found frequenting the local libraries, book stores, and museums. He was especially fond of the Gallup Map & Art Company, located on Main Street.
Benny was among the suspects gathered in the investigation of the 2017 fire that destroyed The DeLuxe Night Club building. Benny was seen exiting the old Security Loan and Investment Association a few hours before the fire started. During the questioning of Fairfax, Hatcher, and Virus, it was revealed that Benny manifested green flame to break into the Security Loan building.
When questioned about his activities on the evening of the fire, Benny was eventually caught in his deception.
He was quickly destroyed by his interrogators, but not before leaving his mark on one of them.
