Barley is the essence of simple living. He enjoys the work that comes along with the sweat off your brow, and is never afraid to get his hands dirty. An average height Greek man, he attempts to maintain his full beard in some sort of order. A freedom fighter to the very end, Barley wishes nothing but that Kindred can come to their senses one day and remember that they don't have to be the boogymen parents tell their children about. Barley can most often be identified because of his constant companion Scamp the Pyrenean Mastiff. Scamp is a powerfully built dog, but loves nothing more than to play.

- 1812-1816 assisted Frederick to clear the Sabbat from the area that would become Pittsburgh
- 1821- Left the Camerilla and fought for greek independance from Ottoman Empire
- 1830-returned to the United States in Virgina
- 1830 made contact with the Anarchs and assisted Caitiff and the Underground Railroad in the area
- 1959-began assisting the set up of a free state in altoona
- 1970 Found Molly Moondust in the dumpster behind his outreach center
- 2000-Went to Prince Frederick to allow Caitiff fleeing his domain more time to Migrate out
- 2005- Met a young Kiaysid and worked with him on the Anarch railroad. The two getting Caitiff to safety if possible
- 2013-The Second Inquisition targets Altoona. Barley loses many friends in the attacks while striking back at them.
- 2015 witness the crowning of the Prince of Altoona
- 2018 He and many anarch meet with Katariina Giovanni renewing their continued support of the IA in exchange for their minor autonomy
Barley was born "Piatras Eyixos" on the Island of Crete in Greece. He was born into a poor farming family but enjoyed every moment of it. His parents were both devout keepers of the old faith and raised him to praise Demeter for their harvests. Their life was simple but he couldn't ask for more. Then the Venetians conquered his home. This disrupted much of his life. No longer able to openly worship Demeter in their own home after the conversion of his mother
