The notorious playboy, August Dean, has been in the Kansas City Metro area since at least the early 1980s.
A savvy investor, August first gained notoriety during The Great Flood of 1993, when rumors began to spread that he had gained a vast fortune through a series of flood insurance schemes. August denies these accusations and dismisses them as petty gossip from jealous (and less financially stable) kindred.
August fraternizes with the mortal population more than most and, therefore, seems to have his finger on the pulse of both high fashion and pop culture. He is always a few steps ahead of everyone else when it comes to the latest trend.
In addition to his regular nighttime activities, August is well-known among his peers to be a reliable advocate for his clan. When the Followers of Set rebranded to the Ministry, August was among the more staunch supporters for the move.
