Alistair Castle
Alistair Castle
Alistair was born in 1897, the third and last son of Sir Bernard Castle, a low level diplomatic attaché. Sir Castle and his family moved often as he was reassigned to various ambassadors throughout the empire.
After the outbreak of WWI, the Castle family moved to India. This was his father’s final assignment. Alistair grew fond of India and decided to stay when his family returned to England
Before WWII, Alistair was approached by a recruiter for the Home Office and became a contact for various espionage agents using India as a base of operations. When the war broke out, he was tasked with gathering intelligence on the anti British factions opposing India’s involvement in the war.
After the war, he continued to report on anti imperial activities. This brought him to the attention of Penelope Lane, a young Ventrue elder who profited from the transfer of information to the highest bidder. After a few brief trial missions, she embraced him in 1942 introducing him to the Prince.
His accounting lasted 20 years as he learned the rich history of the clan and the Camarilla. He returned to India and established a network of informant and spies gathering intelligence on kindred and kine alike.
With the Prince’s permission, he embraced his first and only childe training him to take over the network in India. He then moved to America in 1980. His child was later killed by a team of thuggy hunters.
Alistair continued to build his intelligence business establishing networks in NY, Dallas, and Vegas. In 2001, concerted and coordinated attack were made on his assets nearly crippling him. Attempting to evade who ever was hunting him, he began moving through smaller cities eventually settling in Spokane in 2010.
And then some unknown hell was unleashed on the Kindred. Perhaps not by coincidence, the attacks on his networks ceased soon after. Now, 11 years later, he is once again plying his trade as an information broker, just a simple restaurateur trying to make ends meet.
