O is a boisterous, and loquacious vampire of unknown ilk. A few times he's claimed to being part of the Independent Alliance, but he's never admitted his clan. He's claimed to be at far too many conclaves to not consider he's part of the Camarilla. One night he's wearing leather pants and Victorian silk shirts, next month he's wearing a biker get up. He's always on 'something.' God only knows what he's mixing with his blood cocktails.
Who is this guy? If you believe his stories he's been around the block. But some of the stories are frankly bullshit. Dueled Fatima to a draw? Doubt it. He's probably just a neonate with a penchant for exaggeration. Probably...
- O is actually an Elder Malkavian or Toreador.
- There’s a running bet on whether he’s actually Caine or not. The exact value of the betting pool has its own rumors but allegedly an entire domain is up for grabs, not to mention enough boons to make Purissimma Geiss blush.
