Bio

The Caitiff known as Dallas Locke has maintained a quiet existence in the Kansas City Metro for an unknown number of years. Unlike certain other Caitiff, Dallas avoided the spotlight as often as possible.

There is some evidence that Dallas and Grinder have the same sire, due to the similarities in their abilities. Neither Caitiff seem terribly interested in discussing or even commenting on the topic.

As one of the first Caitiff to openly support the formation of the Independent Alliance, Dallas is believed to have officially joined the Sect in 2015.

Staying out of the pubic eye mostly ended for Dallas when Benito Giovanni claimed the throne of Kansas City, as he selected the Caitiff as his Marshal.

Rumors
  • Dallas is the childe of a prominent local Ventrue - either Edna Wilson or Nikolas Preston-Clark.
  • Dallas almost never appears in public; he's always possessing a mortal or ghoul.
  • Dallas is known for his reputation of controlling mortals like puppets.
  • Dallas shares so many qualities with Grinder, he must be her childe.
  • Dallas and Grinder are the same person.
  • Dallas and Grinder often swap places with one another. You know, for fun.
  • Dallas is responsible for Grinder being encased in concrete in the foundation of the Paseo Bridge in 2005.
  • No one can hide from Dallas, not even Elders. He sees everything.
