Bio

Joseph Blackburn was a member of Prince Archibald Crane's court, who vanished shortly after the Giovanni's take-over of Kansas City proper.

As the Camarilla Tremere's former Chantry was located somewhere in Kansas City, it had long been assumed that Blackburn was destroyed when the territory came under the control of the Giovanni, and subsequently the Independent Alliance.

Now that Blackburn has re-emerged and joined forces with the Independent Alliance, who knows what he'll do next.
