Mateo Navarro is a man of slightly below-average height with a broadly Mediterranean complexion. In public he is relatively quiet, though some would describe him as stiff, standoffish, or forbidding, though he does seem to have a notable interest in artistic or cultural artifacts.
Mateo emigrated to the Roanoke area of Virginia in the late 1800's, ostensibly for the relative quiet, but also for the good transportation lines. He's been basing out of that area ever since, joining the Camarilla with other Viziers in 1999.
Mateo is currently a resident of Roanoke, VA, where he serves as the Harpy and Banu Haquim Primogen. In addition to his Courtly duties, he also works to maintain the museums and performance venues in the city.
