1756 - Born to a dock worker in New Orleans
1773 - Joins the French Navy stationed on a ship patrolling the Gulf of Mexico
1778 - Attacked and captured by Pirates. Pleads his life to become part of the crew.
1782 - While exploring a small island off Haiti, most of the crew onshore are killed or taken by Sire. Ghouled by Sire a few nights later.
1821 - Embraced by Sire.
1825 - Leaves Sire. Sails around Caribbean, stowing away on various vessels.
1825 - 1910 - Lives in various places around the Caribbean and Florida. Never staying for more than a few years or a decade, at most, in any one place.
1910 - Arrives in Tampa, FL. Starts doing favors for Camarilla to establish a permanent residence in the area.
1912 - Sponsors construction of El Centro Espanol, a Spanish/Cuban club. Private rooms and basement area set aside as neutral ground for Kindred of the area.
2011 - The Beckoning - Some local Camarilla Elders go missing. Luc is mainly unaffected, though losing some boons he held to those that were now gone.
2012 - FIRSTLIGHT attacks Tampa. Luc is warned shortly ahead of the attack by allied Anarchs and makes preparations to lay low for a few years.
2018 - Joins the Independent Alliance after hearing that the rest of his kind have mostly done so.
