Description
Thin and generally unassuming, Casimir leans heavily towards the enigmatic side. He dresses simply...white button up shirt, slim black tie, black slacks and black dress shoes. Occasionally he can be seen wearing a black trench coat. For some reason yet to be discovered, he wraps his arms in bandages, only adding to the excitable mystery that is Mr. Casimir Swain. He often walks around with a knowing...and somewhat unnerving...smirk on his face as if he sees, hears, or knows something that others don't.
