Twiggs is a colorful and vibrant fellow. He rarely can focus for very long on any one thing, and he just sort of . . . does stuff. He wears a variety of eccentric clothing, and his pockets are always full of random things. Twiggs is a squirrel Pooka. You can tell by the dozens of squirrels that follow him around wherever he goes.
