At the time Virus was first discovered, she was both new to the Kansas City Metro scene, and being a kindred. So new in fact, she hadn't settled on a Sect.
Virus was found when the DeLuxe Night Club building near 18th and The Paseo caught fire on February 4th, 2017. She was lurking near the adjacent Roberts Building a few hours before the fire started and was among the of group of suspects gathered for interrogation regarding the arson. She was new, but still a skulking Nosferatu might have seen something, right?
During questioning, two things became apparent: first, that while VIrus was looking for Edna Wilson to ask the Ventrue about the Camarilla, Virus had witnessed Benny using the signature green flames of an Infernalist to burn his way into the Security Loan and Investment Association next to the night club, and second, that Virus had been abandoned by Igor Balakin when he vanished in 2013.
Craig took VIrus into his care and taught her all of the things that Igor had failed to.
When Edna Wilson announced her ascension to Prince, she selected Virus as the Nosferatu Primogen. This came as a surprise, as it was expected that VIrus would join the Anarch Movement after her training had been completed.
