Physically built like a powerlifter, Joshua is a young Caitiff, but he has earned his stripes in the Movement, even if he still gets caught up in tough guy posturing. As a mortal his willingness to put his life and body on the line to thwart injustice against the powerless drew the attention of his sire, then known as the Toreador Speedy -- now known as the Salubri Mace.
Often mistaken for a Brujah, Joshua is outspoken and uncompromising when he sees a wrong that needs to be made right. He was embraced into stories of wicked Tremere elders in high towers who orchestrate movements in the shadows that make the world a worse place, and he is very suspicious of the connected, the rich, smooth-talkers, and authority.
Joshua spent most of his unlife railing against the Camarilla and calling for its complete dismantlement. In late 2022, in the wake of his sire's final death, Joshua began to examine that lifestyle more closely and went into counselling with Baron Eisenhower of Denver, CO. In February 2023, Joshua visited the Camarilla domain of Pittsburgh, finding the locals to be reasonable and community-minded, and kind to Caitiff such as himself. Unable to find a single Anarch oppressed by the Camarilla in the entire world after years of searching, Joshua has declared his purpose fulfilled and is seeking a new purpose. He has been increasingly known to be seeking out those of opposing viewpoints and seeing how they operate night to night.
