Petah is a Native American woman appearing to be in her early 40s, with obvious fangs. She tends to dress how the locals do to blend in, though she prefers flowing skirts. Usually with her is her ghouled golden eagle.

Bio
Petah wanders the plains of Montana alone, never straying far from her haven. She has recently awakened from a long torpor, the winds whispering to her. She commands the elements and animals, bending nature to her will.
Rumors
- Anarch rumor: She is approved to be in our territory but she might be a Tzimisce Sabbat, but claims she isn't. Keep an eye on her - don't talk about Anarch private stuff around her.
