Bio
Joseph Blackburn was a member of Prince Archibald Crane's court, up until shortly after the Giovanni's take-over of Kansas City proper in 1933. As the Camarilla were relocating to Overland Park, Kansas, Blackburn disappeared.
Due to the Camarilla Tremere's former Chantry being located somewhere in Kansas City, it had long been assumed that Blackburn was destroyed when the territory came under the control of the Giovanni, and subsequently the Independent Alliance.
Now that Blackburn has re-emerged and joined forces with the Independent Alliance, who knows what he'll do next.
