The "edit form" feature is bugging out. It just keeps doing the spinning wheel of death, will not allow any edits on the edit with form pages. I can edit them using the back door, but for both the NPC and PC forms, new and existing, the form will not work. I don't have access to the local settings to deep dive further into it. Please log here all feedback, bug reports, and questions about the Masquerade PC form and any page created by that form.

Questions

I would really like to be able to re-order the page so my timeline appears last and not first. How do I view my page's entire CSS? Thanks! "Wendy E. US2002021570 (talk) 02:23, 4 March 2021 (UTC)"

Bugs

Domitor page link - at least if no separate page name is entered - is busted, for ghouls. It also does not add appropriate Clan or Sect categories to reflect the domitor. (see page "Keshet") Dylan M. US2009054113 (talk) 02:28, 18 August 2020 (UTC)

First issue should be fixed. Second issue is working as intended, but I'll note the request for it to link those things. In the meantime, you can add those categories manually at the bottom of your page. Annie B. US2018100133 (talk) 03:56, 20 August 2020 (UTC)

I've got a case where the direct storyteller for a pc is not the VST. The box is checked and the new info is filled in, but the VST ST info is displayed anyway. See page "Lydia Moore" Richard Z. US2002022522 (talk) 07:04, 30 November 2020 (UTC)

Fixed! Thanks for bringing it to my attention.Annie B. US2018100133 (talk) 19:35, 16 December 2020 (UTC)

Form seems to be bugged, getting multiple time out errors when trying to create a new page. Ryan K. us2008082776

Feedback

Difficult to update profile picture, even after naming it the same as the page ~ someone who did not sign

Passing along feedback that it's currently not obvious that the profile pic should have the same name as the page. I'd try adding that to the form instructions, but I'm slightly wary I'd break something in the process. :) --Andrew B. US2020010032 (talk) 12:08, 19 August 2020 (UTC)

I think I'm going to change the template to handle profile pics the same as the other ones: by inputting a filename into the form. I thought the "same name" thing would be easier for folks to use, but that doesn't seem to be the case. Annie B. US2018100133 (talk) 03:56, 20 August 2020 (UTC)

The CSS in the generated page is affecting the MediaWiki links at the top of the page, too (eg: read, edit, user page link, etc). It looks like it's this block that's doing it:

 p, td, th, li {
 font-size: 16px;
 font-family: 'Candara', 'Segoe UI', sans-serif;
 vertical-align:top;
 text-align:left;
 }

It is. Also all the rules for <a> elements. That was by design, but if it's causing problems, I can change it to only affect #mw-body-content or something. Annie B. US2018100133 (talk) 03:56, 20 August 2020 (UTC)

How do we delete uploaded images? Marjorie S. US2002034543 (talk) 01:50, 20 August 2020 (UTC)

Go to "File:Your File.name" via the search bar (or click on the image if it's displaying somewhere). Once you're on the page for that file, there should be a "more" tab on the top right, and "delete" should be one of your options in there. If you don't have that option (after making sure you're logged in), let me know. Annie B. US2018100133 (talk) 03:56, 20 August 2020 (UTC)
Upon reviewing the documentation, I see that the "delete" right isn't afforded to Users by default. So you can let me know what needs deleted, and I'll delete it! You can use my user talk page for that. (linked in my signature) Annie B. US2018100133 (talk) 16:59, 21 August 2020 (UTC)
Thank you.

I built a page using the syntax from the 2017 wiki. It looks and works fine, but the Category tags sort the page into "Pages in category", instead of "Subcategory," where the template-based pages go (e.g., DraftBonVivants). Is there a way of adjusting that in non-template-based pages? Marjorie S. US2002034543 (talk) 14:44, 25 August 2020 (UTC)

I'm not sure I understand the question. If you want a page that's not created with one of my forms to be in one of the categories in use, check Masquerade Categories for the list of categories in use. The "Masquerade / PC / Camarilla" type categories from the 2017 wiki (and 2013, I believe) are not the ones in use on this wiki, because they don't work well with forms and templates and add unnecessary complexity for people creating their own pages. Category:DraftBonVivants seems to have the right category links. Annie B. US2018100133 (talk) 16:37, 26 August 2020 (UTC)
