Despite the town's murderous history, Deadwood is more recently known as a safeplace for peaceful kindred in these tough times. Pockets of each of the factions exist here but an Autarkis leader, The Marshal, along with their Right Hand, Jordan Mills, and Left Hand, Jessie Benson, keep everything in line and make sure that things don’t get too chaotic amongst the kindred. They also do their best to maintain the mortal population and their own Masquerade.
