“The first thing you notice about New Orleans are the burying grounds - the cemeteries - and they're a cold proposition, one of the best things there are here. Going by, you try to be as quiet as possible, better to let them sleep. Greek, Roman, sepulchers- palatial mausoleums made to order, phantoms, signs and symbols of hidden decay - ghosts of women and men who have sinned and who've died and are now living in tombs. The past doesn't pass away so quickly here. You could be dead for a long time” -Bob Dylan
New Orleans, The Big Easy. The city is known for its music, its food, and its culture. But it is also known for its darkness both mundane and supernatural. Gangs wage war in the streets, drugs run rampant in every community, and evil lurks just under the surface. The Anarch Movement has finally pushed the Camarilla out of the domain after years of blood sweat and tears. But without the protection of the Camarilla and its safety will they be able to survive the darkness that lurks within the domain? Will they be ready for those Camarilla who survived the attacks and have eternity to plot their revenge?
Years of bloodshed, intrigue and out maneuvering have only recently ended in New Orleans, the Anarch Movement accepting surrender from the few Camarilla members who did not die or hide. The Anarch Movement still works to fortify their claim on the domain and expand their influences into the city that has so long been held by the opposition. After surrendering, the Camarilla was allowed a small area to call their own though it is still under the Anarch jurisdiction. This area is closely monitored to ensure the bitter denizens are not using it to plot their revenge. The Independent Alliance has been given a similar area for their aid in providing weapons and transport to the Movement in battle, but they are far from trusted allies.

It is common to contact the domain’s Constable before entering the domain.
