Khail has kept up with modern appearance, and while he will occasionally use padding of some sort, usually appears as a well dressed adult male, with long hair and a beard. Hair and beard colors and styles change occasionally.
- 1884 - The year Khail gives as when he was embraced.
- 1954 - Khail shows up in San Diego, as an Anarch Follower of Set.
- 1950s-2000s - Khail heads up a gang of Anarchs, including his childe and several others more on the outside of things.
- 2013 With the formation of the Independent Alliance, Khail leaves the Anarchs to join the Independent Alliance, becoming Ma Pisanob's effective second in command.
- 2013-2020 As time passes, some of his former gang join the Independent Alliance with their clans, and the Zoot Suit coterie is formed, including others, such as two former Sabbat members.
Khail claims to have been a part of the first Russian Archaeological expedition to Egypt. He first appeared to most who know him when he arrived in San Diego, in 1954, shortly after the 2nd Anarch Revolt. He mostly offered his magical knowledge along with his gang, but since the Independent Alliance's formation, he has been strongly involved in San Diego politics.
