A tall, ashen woman with waist-length black hair and wicked green eyes. She often wears elaborate dresses with peacock feathers.
Emmeline seemed to come out of nowhere. She hardly had a childhood, appearing on the scene as an Errant Sidhe with a mysterious human history. She established herself in the mortal and changeling worlds around the turn of the millenium. She was officially recognized as a Baroness of House Eiluned in 2000. Her liege, like many of the changelings in her area, disappeared shortly thereafter. In 2014, she aged into her Wildling Seeming.
She once slapped a bartender for offering her moonshine.
While she seems the portrait of the classic gothic widow, this Baroness is actually married.
