The generally recognized boundaries of Roanoke County, VA, less the cities of Roanoke and Salem.

Everything not bounded by the cities, including areas such as Cave Spring. These more rural and suburban areas are not without their benefits, however, making their supernatural inhabitants desperate to maintain and protect them. Note: While the Unaligned nominally control this territory, there is no Unaligned Authority. The Unaligned are far outnumbered, and they could easily be driven from the county. To continue surviving, their best strategy is to “play ball,” continuing to advance the peaceful accords with other sects and maintaining this territory and its Masquerade.
