In life she had been a Lieutenant to the famous female pirate Ching Shih in the Red Flag Fleet.
She's not really a Ravnos; she is a Malkavian who ran away from her duties and drew up this fake pirate Ravnos persona to get away from her overbearing sire.
Sometimes, her friends will set up "shinies" for her to "take" to distract her from taking actual shinies.
