Further Information
Mazhar is an eccentric, battle-hardened, curmudgeon,with a slight superiority complex. From Istanbul, Turkey, he lived the life of a soldier, then husband and merchant until being turned in 1821. Mazhar spent his formative years working as a " fixer " under the guidance of his sire and continued his work after his sire mysteriously vanished without explanation.
His demeanor is cold and stern. He knows he may be commanded to ply his old craft and he is mentally and physically prepared to do so at the drop of a hat.
