Thunder Bay is a beautiful town on the edge of Lake Superior, in Ontario Canada. It is a shipping center with an active port and main highway with train routes to all of Canada. By night the monsters come out. Firmly in control of the Ivory Tower, the Camarilla city sees trouble and visitors of all kinds. Ever since it was nothing more than two trading towns, Thunder Bay has been host to all sorts of creatures, most of whom just pass through. Now it is a stronghold that continues to grow.

- Clan Gangrel has had a presence in the area since before the city existed. It is rumored they existed here with the first nations that still reside in the area.
- As the town developed the Ventrue moved in and pushed the Gangrel out. Now a tension remains between the two.
- Currently a war has raged between the street gangs, rumored to be backed by the Brujah and Followers of Set.
