Juri Romanov Stopf graduated from the University of Oxford in 1689 and had already made a name for himself before his Embrace in London in the early 1700s. Sometime between those two events, Juri lost the use of one eye. The exact details of his injury is subject to much conjecture, but Juri has never confirmed any particular rumor.
Juri is a model Ventrue and Prince, and ever so British. He carreis himself with precision and posture, and every movement seems to be calculated. Juri often makes a point to maintain eye contact with every Ventrue he speaks to.
A younger Ventrue (Paragon) who is equally well-dressed, though not as precise, is always seen walking with Juri in lockstep.
