Bio
Joseph Blackburn was a member of Prince Archibald Crane's court, who disappeared shortly after the Giovanni's take-over of Kansas City proper.
It had long been assumed that Blackburn was destroyed when the territory where the Camarilla Tremere's former Chantry was located came under the control of the Giovanni, and subsequently the Independent Alliance.
Rumors
- Blackburn was always a member of House Goratrix and, therefore, a Sabbat infiltrator who spied upon the Camarilla Tremere for decades.
- Blackburn went into self-imposed torpor to avoid the call of the Sabbat.
- Cinder is a member of Blackburn's lineage.
- Blackburn sold out the Camarilla to the Giovanni, which led to his former Sect being forced out of Kansas City.
