Ksenia is an operatically trained heavy metal singer who escaped the Soviet Union in its final years, only to be embraced in Brighton Beach on Halloween. She is friendly with many of the Pander faction, having run with them in that area of Brooklyn NY for a few years. She is fearless and unshakable. Since the last Civil War and the Crusade, her faith in Caine has gotten stronger and stronger.
