Orazio Agrippa (not his birth name) was born in Maryland to a well-to do family in the mid 1970's. He attended a private Catholic school, took private fencing lessons (had quite the talent too!). But it all bored him. When he turned 18, he took his trust fund and disappeared to Europe.
When he finally returned to America in the mid-2000's he was different.
In the intervening few years he was known around Europe as a world-class fencer, he may have gone to Sydney in 2000, but an injury (due to his own intoxicated showboating no less) struck. He responded to the disappointment as he usually did, by getting drunk and blacking out on other substances.
When he came to, he was on a yacht in the middle of the Mediterranean, no memory of how he got there and feeling quite anemic.
His life ended shortly thereafter.
As these things happen, he came to the attention of his sire, and one night in 2001, joined the Cainite community.
He and his sire continued around Europe with their pack for awhile. His sire was cautious not to reveal their true nature to even their packmates, a bloodline of the Lasombra not well thought on by others in their clan. They remained on the fringes of Sabbat society, remaining mobile to avoid the Hunters plaguing the rest of their sect, their plan to thwart Gehenna: avoid it entirely.
In 2013, when the Sabbat rallied to Mexico City, Orazio's sire slays the rest of their pack, and declare to both they will not be bound to any ever again.
Orazio decides this is the time to strike out on his own, freed from the bonds of blood to all but his sire. He heads back to America. In 2016, he becomes committed to the cause of the Anarch Movement. This was not altogether altruistic. See, in his travels he stole some knowledge of the magical variety, used it to learn a few tricks (Sorcerous Dabbler), and decided to seek out others to offer some protection from the wroth of the blood mages.
He has come to Tampa only recently, although in the past he used it as a port of call for the Gulf of Mexico. He is working on expanding his contacts, working as a smuggler, and propping up his entirely legitimate business: a fencing school.
